		<description>They're hosted and we use absolute paths. The engine is a CRM with a Vertical Response Newlsetter plug-in. Anyone who can't see the eye candy email gets a plain text version.

Persnally I find Campaign Monitor the easiest to use because you can create your newsletter in HTML, upload it and not have to worry about changing all your paths to absolute paths as the app will do it for you.
